"I recently added a used Pontoon Boat to our policy and as always received excellent service from the team. Doug and Katie have been phenomenal to work with and are extremely knowledgeable. During that visit, I also had the opportunity to meet with Monica as a quick check up. She reinforced the importance of adding additional home coverage to ensure if a wind/hail/storm event occurred, our entire roof would be replaced if damaged - not just the impacted areas. In the big picture, this additional coverage cost would be nominal, compared to an out of pocket investment once a storm would hit. Only stipulation is this must be added when policy term resets, so we will definitely add when our Homeowner's renews in December. I have personally been a State Farm customer since I began driving in 1976. Though we received great service in the early days from Monica's predecessor, Monica and her Agency's team have taken it to a much higher level!
