She was thorough and non-judgemental in assisting me. "I have a terrible driving record, so I wasn’t eligible for a policy. But this office didn’t judge me. Instead, they offered guidance and will continue to check in after my tickets fall off. Right now, I’m stuck with who I’m with, but I would be happy to give Monica’s office a chance when State Farm will take me.
